We're seeking an experienced Web Developer to build a comprehensive social media community platform for second chance and returning citizens. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating engaging, user-friendly websites with membership opt-in capabilities, e-learning features, job listings, and freelance opportunity integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop a dynamic social media community platform using [ preferred CMS/ framework]
2. Implement membership opt-in functionality, allowing users to create profiles, connect with others, and access exclusive content
3. Integrate e-learning features, including:
   - Course creation and management
   - Live training capabilities for coaches/instructors
   - Video conferencing integration
4. Develop a job listing feature, enabling employers to post job openings and users to apply directly
5. Integrate a plugin for freelance opportunities, allowing users to find and apply for freelance work
6. Ensure seamless user experience, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
7. Collaborate with our team to iterate and refine the platform based on user feedback

Requirements:

- 3+ years of web development experience
