Seeking Creative Design & Brand Development

We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play an integral role in enhancing the presence of three distinct brands.

What You’ll Do

As part of our creative team, you’ll:

• Social Media Management: Design visually compelling graphics, create engaging content, and schedule posts across social media platforms to amplify brand reach.
• Podcast Production: Edit and polish podcast episodes, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless publishing.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new strategies to elevate brand identity and engagement.
• Administrative Support: Assist with project management and other administrative tasks as needed to streamline operations.

Who You Are

• Design-Savvy: You have a strong eye for design and can create cohesive visuals aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Tech-Skilled: Proficient in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and podcast editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
• Organized: Able to manage multiple projects with efficiency and meet deadlines consistently.
• Adaptable: Excited to take on new challenges and contribute creative solutions to evolving needs.
• Growth-Oriented: Interested in growing with the company into leadership roles like Lead Designer or Executive Director.

Requirements:
