Agreement Between You and MYWAVA:

This is an agreement between you, the Candidate, and MYWAVA, the Company. You agree to comply with and abide by all terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.

Service; Conditions of Performance (COPs); Client Cooperation:

The Company will provide you with job opportunities, and you agree to fulfill the responsibilities and tasks of such employment. You must follow all performance conditions and cooperate fully with the Company to ensure effective service provision.

Fees; Billing:

As a Candidate, you will not be required to pay any fees for the Company's services. Any billing related to the employment opportunity will be handled directly between the Company and the employer.

Termination:

Either you or the Company may terminate this agreement with written notice. The terms and conditions of such termination will be as specified in the written notice.

Warranties & Disclaimer:

The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the success of your employment or the suitability of the job opportunities presented to you. All services are provided "as is", and the Company disclaims all liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of their services.

Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary or confidential information you may gain access to during the course of your interaction with the Company. You will not disclose this information without prior written consent from the Company.

General:

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
