Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Optimize the company website for SEO.
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy (blogs, whitepapers, etc.).
- Engage with potential clients through social media.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize PPC advertising to drive targeted traffic.
- Create and promote lead magnets (e.g., free eBooks).
- Implement retargeting ads to re-engage visitors.
- Leverage video marketing to explain and promote services.
- Ensure marketing materials are optimized for mobile users.
- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and manage a sales funnel.
- Train the sales team on consultative selling techniques.
- Use Go High Level CRM to manage leads and client relationships.
- Implement a referral program.
- Develop and refine sales scripts.
- Personalize sales pitches using data insights.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions.
- Utilize case studies to demonstrate success.
- Follow up with leads promptly.
Customer Relationship Management and Technology:
- Implement and manage Go High Level CRM system.
- Develop a customer onboarding process.
- Use surveys to gather customer feedback.
- Create a loyalty program.
- Offer personalized customer service.
- Use data to anticipate customer needs.
- Develop a customer retention strategy.
- Provide regular updates on new benefits and services.
- Use automated follow-up emails.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics.
- Build and optimize websites and sales funnels using Go High Level.
Content Marketing:
- Create a blog focused on employee benefits.
- Develop whitepapers and eBooks.
- Produce case studies and success stories.
- Use infographics to simplify complex information.
- Host webinars on relevant topics.
- Create video content.
- Develop a content calendar.
- Use guest blogging to reach a wider audience.
- Share content on social media.
- Measure content performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Go High Level CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
