Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  1. Optimize the company website for SEO.
  2. Develop and implement a content marketing strategy (blogs, whitepapers, etc.).
  3. Engage with potential clients through social media.
  4. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  5. Utilize PPC advertising to drive targeted traffic.
  6. Create and promote lead magnets (e.g., free eBooks).
  7. Implement retargeting ads to re-engage visitors.
  8. Leverage video marketing to explain and promote services.
  9. Ensure marketing materials are optimized for mobile users.
  10. Track and analyze digital marketing metrics.

Sales Strategy:

  1. Develop and manage a sales funnel.
  2. Train the sales team on consultative selling techniques.
  3. Use Go High Level CRM to manage leads and client relationships.
  4. Implement a referral program.
  5. Develop and refine sales scripts.
  6. Personalize sales pitches using data insights.
  7. Set clear sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Conduct regular sales training sessions.
  9. Utilize case studies to demonstrate success.
  10. Follow up with leads promptly.

Customer Relationship Management and Technology:

  1. Implement and manage Go High Level CRM system.
  2. Develop a customer onboarding process.
  3. Use surveys to gather customer feedback.
  4. Create a loyalty program.
  5. Offer personalized customer service.
  6. Use data to anticipate customer needs.
  7. Develop a customer retention strategy.
  8. Provide regular updates on new benefits and services.
  9. Use automated follow-up emails.
  10. Track customer satisfaction metrics.
  11. Build and optimize websites and sales funnels using Go High Level.

Content Marketing:

  1. Create a blog focused on employee benefits.
  2. Develop whitepapers and eBooks.
  3. Produce case studies and success stories.
  4. Use infographics to simplify complex information.
  5. Host webinars on relevant topics.
  6. Create video content.
  7. Develop a content calendar.
  8. Use guest blogging to reach a wider audience.
  9. Share content on social media.
  10. Measure content performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  3. Proficiency with Go High Level CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
