Graphic Designer& Digital Marketing Specialist

Preferred Experience:

• Experienced in graphic design and digital marketing for wellness, spiritual brands, coaching, and business consulting industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, particularly for increasing online visibility and engagement.

Immediate Priorities:

1. Develop a cohesive standout Brand Guide.
2. Design visually appealing graphic flyers (using tools like Canva).
3. Create and post social media content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)that aligns with SEO strategies for visibility.
4. Monetize Pinterest by increasing followers, optimizing content with relevant keywords, and linking with other social platforms.
5. Manage social media accounts: grow engagement, generate leads, and drive sales through SEO-optimized content.

Social Media, SEO, & Content Management:

• Manage online presence and audience engagement across social platforms.
• Develop SEO-driven content strategies to boost brand visibility and ranking.
• Design and edit content (using Canva, Capcut, etc.) for social media and blogs.
• Create a daily content calendar for major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and able to automatic content output (Make.com).
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and interactions to boost engagement and keyword relevance.
• Use SEO tools to track website and social media performance, presenting growth data.

Content Creation & Marketing:

• CreateSEO-optimizedpostsandsocialmediacontenttodriveorganictraffic.
• Editvideocontentforsocialmediaplatforms(TikTok,Instagram,etc.).
• Writeblogpostsandcreatecopyforsocialmediaposts.
• ManagepodcastcreationandSEO-optimizedmarketing.

SocialMedia&MarketingSkills:

• Expertise in managing, growing, and optimizing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Experience using content creation and management tools (ex. Canva, Capcut).
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
• Creative video editing experience(Capcut, Youtube).
• Knowledge of keyword research, meta tags, on-page/off-page SEO, and optimizing social media posts for search engines.

Organizational & Communication Skills:

• Excellent time management, organizational, and attention-to-detailskills.

• Strong writing, copy-editing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Creative Skills:

• Passion for working with wellness and holistic spiritual brands.
• Ability to present marketing growth and data effectively.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

1        Technical Requirements:

• Personal computer and phone with reliable internet.
• Familiarity with Google Chrome, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.

2        Experience:

• Minimum2-year degree related to marketing, design, or similar fields, or 4years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience with portfolio.

4        Communication:

• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable making phone calls to U.S. and international clients.

5        Availability:

• Must be available to meet during Eastern Standard Time(US).
• Able to commit 6-20hoursperweek (with ability for increased hours)

6        Workspace:

• Quiet and free from noise distractions.
