Job Title: Remote Administrative  Assistant

Location: Remote (Must be willing to adapt to Eastern Standard Time, GMT -4)

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to support a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, monitoring and updating the calendar, reminding of appointments, and making phone calls to acquire services and obtain estimates. The candidate must be fluent in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Exchange. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Regularly check, sort, and prioritize email correspondence. Ensure timely responses and flag important messages.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor and update the calendar, schedule appointments, and provide timely reminders for upcoming commitments.
  • Communication: Make phone calls on behalf of the employer to acquire services, obtain estimates, and handle other necessary communications.
  • Time Zone Adaptability: Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (GMT -4) to align with the employer's schedule.
  • Document Handling: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create, edit, and manage documents as required.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a bonus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Exchange.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; upbeat and professional demeanor.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to the employer's time zone and scheduling needs.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar remote assistant role.
  • Familiarity with task management tools.
