Sales Assistant

Conduct cold calls to potential clients and referral sources to introduce our group home services.

- Collect and maintain accurate contact information for individuals and organizations interested in our vacancies.

- Prepare and send out informative emails and newsletters highlighting available group home services and current vacancies.

- Assist in creating marketing materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our group homes.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement with potential clients.

- Track and report on outreach efforts and outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to our group home services.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
