Conduct cold calls to potential clients and referral sources to introduce our group home services.- Collect and maintain accurate contact information for individuals and organizations interested in our vacancies.- Prepare and send out informative emails and newsletters highlighting available group home services and current vacancies.- Assist in creating marketing materials that effectively communicate the benefits of our group homes.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement with potential clients.- Track and report on outreach efforts and outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to our group home services.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- A passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting the values of our group home services.
