I am looking to hire a virtual assistant with the following skill set to support various professional tasks within my practice:&nbsp;Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;• Answering phone calls and responding to prospective clients• Entering client information into the system• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments• Building and maintaining a social media presence in the mental health community• Responding to practice-related inquiries• Managing client intake paperwork and records• Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining a HIPAA-compliant data environment• Assisting with practice promotions, recruitment, and advertising• Scheduling interviews with prospective clinicians• Drafting letters and other professional correspondence&nbsp;Required Skills:&nbsp;• Strong written and verbal communication skills• A polite, friendly, and professional demeanor• Conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities• Excellent organizational and computer skills• Basic graphic design skills and social media proficiency• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn• Comfort working with diverse populations
