We are seeking a highly experienced and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a law firm.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and technical skills to manage operational logistics and enhance team efficiency.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ol><li>Email Communication: Professionally manage and respond to email correspondence with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, document preparation, client follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.</li><li>Digital Marketing Research: Conduct in-depth research to support the firm’s marketing initiatives and digital outreach.</li><li>Team Coordination: Provide operational and logistical support to ensure team deliverables are met on time.</li><li>Platform Management: Efficiently utilize Monday.com to organize, track, and manage projects and workflows.</li><li>Software Expertise: Manage ConvertKit for email campaigns and communication, and Zoom for virtual meetings and events.</li></ol>Qualifications<ol><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, ConvertKit, and Zoom is required.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ol>What We Offer<ol><li>Remote work flexibility.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a high-profile legal professional.</li><li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li></ol>If you have the expertise and proven track record to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
